I've been in this race since September, 2006. I know many of you have done much more than I have done.
Five minutes into tonight's Obama presentation, I was crying.
Not just a sniff.
Real tears.
I remember 2004.
I remember 2000.
I have read, worried, been angry at times and spent more time than normal being baffled by the electorate.
I feel nothing but HOPE tonight.
To all of you who have been with Obama from the beginning, people like my mother, I say thanks for your steadfastness.
To folks like me, lifelong Democrats prone to holding our collective breath for some four years now, I say, don't let up for one silly second.
If we push ahead, taking nothing for granted, not taking no for an answer, extending a hand, making one more phonecall
WE CAN WIN.
There I said it.
We can win if we'll stick together and continue our mission for a few more days.
I know many of you are tired. I know many of you have made great sacrifices.
Just a little longer.
